Entre as novas normas contam-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proibi\u00e7\u00e3o formal da pilhagem de VTCs<\/li>\n<li>A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de os t\u00e1xis funcionarem como VTC<\/li>\n<li>A obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de 250 horas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para os condutores de VTC<\/li>\n<li>A gest\u00e3o dos VTC \u00e9 assegurada pela DREAL, sob a tutela do Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes, tal como acontece com as empresas de transporte coletivo rodovi\u00e1rio de pessoas ao abrigo da lei LOTI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais pormenores no artigo que public\u00e1mos no outono passado: <a href=\"\/pt\/actualite\/loi-vtc-\/taxi-les-nouvelles-regles-sont-definies\/\">as novas regras s\u00e3o definidas<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Maturidade do mercado<\/h2>\n<p>Com toda a agita\u00e7\u00e3o que envolveu o transporte de passageiros no ano passado, entre greves de t\u00e1xis e processos contra a Uber, os meios de transporte alternativos ao t\u00e1xi receberam uma cobertura medi\u00e1tica inesperada. Seja nas prov\u00edncias ou na regi\u00e3o parisiense, toda a gente conhece agora o termo VTC.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, o n\u00famero de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es explodiu, atingindo mais de 7000 no final do ano... O suficiente para proporcionar uma oferta de transporte variada para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n<h2>Novos pontos de venda<\/h2>\n<p>A lei Th\u00e9venoud e a lei Macron, debatidas na Assembleia Nacional no final do ano, abordaram propostas sobre o transporte p\u00fablico de pessoas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposta de alargamento do transporte m\u00e9dico VSL \u00e0s empresas de transporte de passageiros (rejeitada)<\/li>\n<li>Abertura de linhas de autocarro para liga\u00e7\u00f5es regulares<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As empresas de transportes t\u00eam grandes desafios para responder aos desafios da mobilidade e da redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de CO2.
