02/08 : General update on WAY-Plan 1.9

Upgrade your WAY-Plan to version 1.9

On Wednesday August 2nd, during the day, WAY-Plan 1.8 users will be updated to version 1.9

Already tested by a dozen companies for several weeks, this version is now stable and fully usable. It includes several improvements that we hope you will find satisfactory.

Changes in V1.9

A finer management of commissions

Main objective: To calculate more efficiently the commissions due to the business contributor of a file and to issue a formal and numbered PDF document called “commission voucher” to be transmitted to the business contributor

New mechanism for credit notes that will be included in the accounting export

After completing or modifying the form displayed, the credit note created will be visible in the list of invoices.

In the search engine, a new drop-down list allows you to display only the invoices or only the credit notes.

An export of the missions in Excel can be configured

available in “Settings” allowing you to determine the information of the missions to be displayed in the mission export file, available by the green arrow of the schedule

Validate several payments in one operation

If a customer pays you several payments in one go, you can declare them as “paid” in one operation.

1. In the list of future payments, check the due dates to be paid.

2. The sum of the selected deadlines is displayed on the top left, you just have to click on “validate the payments” to access the entry form.

3. All the deadlines will become “paid” as soon as the information entered in the form is validated

Future developments already planned on WAY-Plan v1.10 and v1.11

Improvement of the WAYNIUM processes, in particular concerning the transmission of the modifications of the missions, the Partner/Driver box of the planning. Improvement also of the list of partners.

Beginning of compliance with the 2016 finance law imposing specific conditions regarding the inalterability, security, conservation and archiving of data.
