Entering missions with stages
For each mission, you can :
- mention all the places and stops: departure, arrival, as many steps as necessary between the 2.
The stages are geolocated: you can prepare your route intelligently
by optimizing the routes and the time/kilometer ratio
- Specify the presence of passengers at each stage.
- Send all the information of the mission to the drivers
WAY-D has also evolved to integrate the stages.
In his mobile application, the driver will be able to:
- View the list of the mission’s stages
- Visualize the list of passengers and who should go where.
From his smartphone, phone or tablet, your driver will have the ability to:
- Declare his times: at what time did he arrive at the stage? At what time did he leave?
- Declare the effective presence of the passengers: did the passenger get on board? was there a no-show?
All this information is visible in the management back-office so that you can pass it on to the customer’s final invoice. Objective: never forget an extra kilometer in your billing!
