Support for the users of the software
This summer, we are providing 100% user support by setting up a relay between your dedicated contacts. Just refer to the homepage of your WAY-Plan to check who is connected.
At the same time, an email address will centralize all the users’ evolution requests.
On the training side
We concentrate the training of new users in July and the last 2 weeks of August so that the new users are operational from the first days of September.
On the software evolution side
Summer is the ideal opportunity to develop new functionalities on WAY-Plan:
- New dispach planning focused on user-friendliness, we designed it with 5 current WAY-Plan users
- New mobile driver area
- …and the first elements of a new platform…but we’ll tell you more in the fall 😉
